Finding Hope In Infertility: Faith, Grief, And Trusting God’s Plan

Hello Friend!

Sweet Momma's Farm began with one sweet Icelandic sheep and a longing to return to a simpler way of life—one rooted in faith, family, and the old ways.

Our journey has carried us through infertility, adoption hopes, autoimmune healing, homesteading, herbal medicine, miscarriage, and the sacred calling of motherhood. Through every season, God has gently led us back to what matters most: a life lived close to Him, close to the land, and close to one another.

Here you'll find glimpses of our Nordic-inspired homestead life—raising animals, growing herbs, making things by hand, embracing natural living, and learning to trust God in every season.

My hope is that this little corner of the internet feels like a seat by the hearth: a place of encouragement, wisdom, and fellowship for your own journey home.

Faith is EVERYTHING

Around our hearth, one truth remains at the center of everything we do: God loves you.

He sees you, He knows you, and He walks beside you through every season.

Sweet Momma's Farm is more than a homestead—it's a journey of faith, family, stewardship, and returning to the simple blessings God has provided. Through the joys and hardships alike, we seek to follow Him, trust His timing, and build a life rooted in what matters most.

Wherever your path may lead, I hope this little corner of the internet offers encouragement, fellowship, and a reminder of God's enduring love.

Welcome, friend. We're glad you're here.

Family is one of God's greatest gifts.

Everything we do at Sweet Momma's Farm is rooted in the belief that strong families create strong homes. My husband and daughter are the heart of this journey, and together we're learning to embrace the old ways—working with our hands, gathering around the table, caring for the land, and creating a life centered on faith and family.
In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, we're choosing a slower path—one that values time together, meaningful work, and the simple blessings God provides each day.
My hope is that our story inspires you to nurture the relationships that matter most and build a life rich in purpose, faith, and love.

Knowledge is Freedom

Here you'll find practical homesteading tips, sheep-raising advice, herbal knowledge, traditional skills, and the lessons we're learning as we seek to steward God's blessings well.

Our ancestors passed down wisdom from generation to generation, and I believe there's value in preserving those skills today. By learning to grow, make, raise, and provide more for our families, we gain confidence, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for God's provision.

I'm grateful you're here, and I hope you'll join us as we continue learning and growing together.
